The Returns Process is Easy.
During the returns process, the customer selects a nearby PUDOpoint returns location. This could be your store!
The customer drops off their return at a nearby PUDOpoint, which could be your store.
The courier picks up all the parcels at the PUDOpoint.
The customer gets confirmation that the returns process is underway.
